The assistant
Coming soon. The assistant isn't available yet; this is how it will work on the Super Station plan. For help now, see the other help articles or contact support.
The Super Station plan includes an AI assistant. Open it from your Account page with Assistant.
What you can ask
- How to use RemoteMyShack. It answers from these help articles and links the one it used, for example "How do I connect my IC-7300 by USB?"
- Your logbook and awards. "Which states do I still need?", "How many DXCC entities have I confirmed on 20 m?", "When did I last work Japan?"
- Your operating. "How much did my station transmit last month?", "What time of day am I usually on the air?"
- Your station right now. "Is my station online? What is the IC-705 tuned to?"
- Contact requests from your station page.
The numbers come straight from your logbook and transmit log, so they're exact.
What it can't do
The assistant only reads. It can't tune or key your radio, turn it on or off, change settings, or change your logbook; it tells you how to do those yourself. It doesn't know about contacts that aren't in your logbook.
Support tickets
When the help articles don't solve a problem, the assistant can draft a support ticket with the details. You see the draft and click Send to support if you want to send it. Nothing is sent until you do.
Limits
Each Super Station account can ask up to 100 questions a month; the page shows how many you've used. The count resets on the 1st. New conversation starts fresh; a conversation is kept for two hours after your last question.
On the Rig and Shack plans, the Assistant page explains what it does and links to your plan options.
